I’m the Owner & Managing Director of Rent East Yorkshire, a local lettings agency helping landlords manage their properties with confidence. I have over 10 years’ experience working in residential lettings and property management, and I’m fully ARLA qualified, with a strong understanding of compliance, legislation, and the day-to-day realities of being a landlord. I work hands-on in the business every day, so nothing gets passed around, responsibility sits with me. 2025 marked a big milestone for me personally, becoming the owner of REY, but my approach hasn’t changed. I started out as a professional athlete, with 13 years participating at elite level professional sport. The dedication and discipline learnt during those years has been applied to start and grow Green & Green into a successful business. Why Mortgages? I became a mortgage adviser due to my love of problem solving, helping people and property.
